Yes. Permit coordination is handled in-house as part of every project. A GBRA construction permit and a county permit are typically required for dock, boathouse, and bulkhead work, and applications are managed in parallel with construction planning.

Standalone dock projects typically run about 2 to 4 weeks. Full waterfront rebuilds that include shoreline work and a boathouse take longer, and every project is given a defined schedule up front.
