From Lake Dunlap boathouses to Canyon Lake retaining walls, waterfront and shoreline work across Comal County.
Comal CountyComal County covers New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, part of Lake Dunlap, and long stretches of the Guadalupe River, and the work we do here changes depending on which water you are on.
On Lake Dunlap and the constant-level river sections, we build the full range: boathouses, docks, boat and jet ski lifts, and bulkheads in steel and concrete. Canyon Lake is different. Docks and boathouses are not permitted there, so our Canyon Lake work is retaining walls and slope terracing, limestone quarry block and poured concrete walls built for the Hill Country grades. On the river itself, docks and boathouses are also restricted, and we focus on bulkhead and shoreline stabilization.
Permitting in Comal County runs through the county and the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority, and properties inside the New Braunfels city limits also need a city permit. Our team pulls the right approvals for your specific property and project type.
Since our shop is in New Braunfels, most of Comal County is close to home for us. Start with a property evaluation and we will tell you what your site allows and what it needs.
