Guadalupe CountyMost of our lake work sits in Guadalupe County. The county takes in Seguin, McQueeney, Lake Placid, Lake Seguin, Meadow Lake, and part of Lake Dunlap, which is the heart of the Guadalupe lake system.
These lakes see steady demand for new boathouses and for replacing older wood structures. We build steel-framed boathouses on pilings driven to refusal, poured concrete decks and patios, boat and jet ski lifts, and bulkheads and retaining walls for shoreline protection. Lake McQueeney in particular is one of the busiest markets we serve, and Lake Placid has picked up as its dam work wrapped and the lake refilled.
Permitting across Guadalupe County runs through the county and the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority. We manage the permit research and applications in-house so approvals line up with the construction schedule.
