Boathouses, docks, lifts, and bulkheads for the McQueeney community, on one of the busiest lakes on the Guadalupe.
McQueeneyMcQueeney sits right on Lake McQueeney in Guadalupe County, and it is the most active lake in the system for us. The dam is finished and the lake is full, and there is steady demand for new construction and for replacing structures that were pulled or damaged during the drawdown years.
Many McQueeney properties still have older wood boathouses and docks near the end of their life. We replace them with steel-framed boathouses on pilings driven to refusal and poured concrete decks, and we add boat lifts, jet ski lifts, upper-level patios, and bulkheads to match how the family actually uses the water. Shoreline protection matters here, so bulkhead and retaining wall work often goes in alongside the boathouse.
Permitting on Lake McQueeney runs through the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority and Guadalupe County, and we pull those approvals in-house.
We have built a lot on this lake and know its shoreline and bottom conditions in detail. Start with a property evaluation and we will lay out what your site needs and what it will cost.
