Boathouses, docks, lifts, and bulkheads for New Braunfels waterfront, built by a crew based right here in town.
New BraunfelsWaterfront Unlimited runs out of New Braunfels, off FM 725. Most of the lakes we build on are a short drive from the shop, so our crew and equipment are close to the work instead of hauling in from another part of the state. For a New Braunfels owner, that means we mobilize faster and we already know the local water and the permit offices.
Lake Dunlap sits at the edge of town on the Guadalupe, and it has been one of our steadiest markets since the lake came back in 2023. Lake McQueeney, Lake Placid, and Lake Seguin are all a short drive downriver. We build boathouses, docks, boat and jet ski lifts, bulkheads, and retaining walls on those lakes, and we handle bulkhead and shoreline work on the river stretches where docks and boathouses are not allowed.
Permitting around New Braunfels usually goes through the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority and the county. If your property falls inside the New Braunfels city limits, you will also need a city permit. Our permitting team pulls those approvals for your address so the paperwork runs alongside the build.
The starting point is always a look at the property. We check the water depth, the bank, and whatever is already there, then write up a real scope and price for the work you want done.
