Boathouses, docks, and bulkheads for Seguin-area lakes on the Guadalupe, from a crew based just up the road in New Braunfels.
SeguinSeguin is the seat of Guadalupe County and sits on the Guadalupe River in the middle of the lakes we work on. Lake Seguin runs through town, Lake Placid is right upstream, and Lake McQueeney is a few minutes north. A large share of our projects happen within a short drive of Seguin.
These are constant-level stretches of the river, which keeps construction timelines predictable. We build boathouses, docks, boat and jet ski lifts, and bulkheads here, and we replace a lot of aging wood structures with steel and concrete that stands up to the high water this part of the Guadalupe gets. Our crew self-performs the work and runs a marine barge for the outer pilings when a site cannot be reached from land.
Permitting for Seguin-area waterfront runs through the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority and Guadalupe County. We handle both in-house as part of the job.
