Lake Dunlap is one of the most established lakes on the Guadalupe River system, and one of the most active markets for boathouse, dock, and bulkhead construction. Properties on Lake Dunlap range from long-held family estates with aging waterfront structures to recently purchased properties where new owners are investing in the waterfront for the first time.
